I identified a heavy infestation of Cycad Aulacaspis Scale on your Sago Palm, which is causing the white, waxy buildup on the fronds.​To resolve this, I have treated the plant with a systemic and contact insecticide spray, ensuring thorough coverage of the foliage and trunk to smother the insects. I also performed a hard spray of the leaves to physically remove as much of the scale as possible.​The white specks may remain visible for a short time even after the insects are dead, but I will continue to monitor the plant to ensure the infestation is fully controlled and to protect the new growth.
