He explained everything he was planning to do before he did it and did not try to talk me into purchasing a monthly plan or try to add extra charges (like another company I called out beforehand). Once Mr. Beckett left I felt like I would have been doing him a disservice not to provide him some positive feedback on the app where I found him.
