Harold/Pest Frog is by far one of the best pest control companies out there. Very down to earth and easy to deal with. Doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Easy to contact and prompt service. I'd highly recommend using him for your routine pest control.

We have been using Pest Frog since we moved to the area more than 15 years ago. No issues with insects in my house. Mr. Beckett comes out a couple times a year to treat. (never a problem) The products used are pet and family friendly organic products.
They sweep eaves of the house, spray perimeter and check for any issues since the previous application. Fantastic customer service.

Had P.F. come out and get rid of some squirrels in the attic. They did a great job and so easy to work with. The price they quoted is the price they stuck to. This also included a temporary fix of the hole that will not only keep the squirrels out (should they return) but also keep the rain out until I get a carpenter out for final repair. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

My friend who is a realtor for Keller Williams recommended me this business. After calling around to some places that offer same methods, service, and business we found this one TO BE THE GEM of them ALL!!

This is the most affordable one out there!!!! Mr. Harold did an exceptional job responding to my calls and text messages! He is such a friendly and honest man! He quoted for the same methods the other company estimated to be much more affordable!!

What really caught my attention was two things first off..
One, how prompt I received a reply to my estimate request. And Two, the fact that the owner Mr. Beckett was the one who reached out to me and provided his cell number to answer any questions I had. He did just that and came out to address the problem the following day.

I ended up being held up at work later than expected but Mr. Beckett worked with me and pushed back my appointment time to accommodate me. He was at my home waiting on me to arrive and was nothing less than professional and personable!!

He explained everything he was planning to do before he did it and did not try to talk me into purchasing a monthly plan or try to add extra charges (like another company I called out beforehand). Once Mr. Beckett left I felt like I would have been doing him a disservice not to provide him some positive feedback on the app where I found him. I would recommend using Pest Frog to anyone having insect/pest problems any day and twice on Sundays!

Harold was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. I have hired him to return every quarter to treat our yard. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is dealing with some pests (fire ants was my problem) in your yard. He uses all natural safe products which is important to me since I have dogs. Great job Harold and look forward to seeing you again in the up coming months.

We just moved to Houston and were surprised about the amount of bugs in the house! Pest Frog was not only the best price we found but also had excellent service. Now we are bug free! I highly recommend this company.
